Returns & Exchanges Policy (United States Returns Only)
Step-by-Step Instructions for Returns/Exchanges:
We want every customer to be ecstatic about their IV Hoody. If you don’t love your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund, or exchange it for a different size/style. E-mail us to request the return and we will provide a shipping label for an easy return/exchange process. You can reuse the box and cover the old label with the return label in the box.
We are a small family business and ask that you carefully check size charts and product descriptions prior to ordering to reduce the need for returns and exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, we are happy to assist you with your exchange. Here is your step by step guide-
RETURNS BY SHOPIFY ACCOUNT (Your part)
- Start by going to: https://shopify.com/61744218341/account
- Log in to your account:

In theEmail field, enter your email address, and then clickContinue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

ClickRequest return.
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund, less shipping fees.
RETURNS BY EMAIL (Your Part)
- Send an email to request an exchange with the size and style that you would like.
- Once we receive your request, you will be sent a shipping label.
- Place the return label over the original shipping label.
- Put the unused merchandise that you are returning back into the IV Hoody box, along with the original packing slip.
- Drop off the box or request a pickup of your items to the shipping provider on the return shipping label.
- NOTE: The shipping costs will be less if you drop it off instead of requesting pick up
RETURNS (Our Part)
- When we receive your product we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the product.
- After confirming the product is still in new condition, we will either:
- Exchange:
- Add a credit to your IV Hoody account for the full amount of the purchase.
- Return:
- Refund the amount of your purchase, less the return shipping costs.
- You will receive an email confirming the store credit or refund once it is processed in our system.
- Your part:
- Go back to IVHoody.com and login to your account to select your new item and use store credit to complete the order.
REFUND EXCEPTIONS: We will not provide refunds for the following circumstances:
- Sale Priced Items
- Only full priced items are eligible for refunds
- Sale priced items can be exchanged for store credit
- Gift Cards & Hoody Hotties

International Returns:
International purchases are FINAL! We are unable to do returns/exchanges for international purchases. The cost of shipping makes it prohibitive to do the return. Many times the cost of shipping is as much or more than the cost of the original hoody.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Returns
When making a return, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We provide you a shipping label so you can benefit from our wholesale shipping rates and avoid paying retail shipping costs. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refunded purchase amount.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging the product we will pay the return shipping cost for the first exchange. Mark “Exchange” on the shipping label and we will provide you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase when we receive the product and then you can select your replacement.
REFUND TIMING
Your refund (less the cost of return shipping) will be processed upon receipt of the returned product. In order to receive a refund, the returned product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
After we receive your return, we will email you with confirmation of your refund amount. Refunds should show up in your account within approximately 7 days or less from the confirmation email (depending on your bank).
